Will I be able to receive physical therapy or physiotherapy specific assessment and/or treatment during my sessions?

No. Condition diagnosis, treatment of specific conditions or physical therapy/physiotherapy services cannot be provided in the USA.  However, physiotherapy services will be available to UK citizens located in the UK in the future.

Do I need to be a member of Bluewater Fitness to train with you?

No, you don’t need to be a member of Bluewater Fitness to train with us, however you will incur an additional day-pass fee for the facility or you can join for as little as $9 per week! What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can throw us a curve ball once in a while, so we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place for all sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures that time is allocated efficiently for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Do you offer group sessions?

At this time, the highest ratio we offer is 1:2, so we do not provide group training sessions. However, if you are Bluewater Fitness member, you can gain access (membership dependent) to a variety of excellent classes to complement your personal training!

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! We'll begin with an initial consultation to get to know you, discuss your goals, fitness history, and training needs. This is followed by a health screening to ensure it’s safe for you to train (you may need to get a sign off from your physician). Once these steps are complete, we can get started! Do I need to fill in lots of forms?

Filling in the forms is essential for us to understand your goals, health history, and any potential risks. This helps us tailor a safe and effective plan for your training. Does the Happy New You E-Trainer include 1:1 sessions?

No, the e-Trainer is sold individually and does not include any personal training sessions. It's a standalone resource designed to help you train alone, providing valuable guidance and training tips. 

Do you offer programs for beginners?

Absolutely! We work with clients of all fitness levels, and we’ll create a program that’s tailored to your abilities, ensuring a safe and effective approach to training.

What should I wear to my training sessions?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive footwear (closed toe shoes are mandatory) to ensure you can move freely and safely during your sessions.

How do I track my progress?

We use an app called Training Peaks to help track your workouts, progress, and milestones between sessions. This helps keep you accountable and allows us to make adjustments as needed.
