Arrange Initial Consultation:

During your face-to-face consultation, we'll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is the perfect time to ask any questions and ensure we're aligned in your approach.

Submit Forms & Arrange Physician Sign-off (If Required):

To ensure your safety and success, we'll need you to fill out some initial forms, including a health questionnaire (PAR-Q). Depending on your answers, we may request physician approval to proceed with training. Click here to read about the forms required.

Get Added to the Compass Performance Integrated App:

Once your forms are complete, you'll be added to Training Peaks our integrated Compass Performance app, where we track your progress, provide personalised workout plans, and keep you engaged throughout your journey.

Arrange Your First Training Session: 

With everything set, it's time for your first training session! We'll focus on getting to know your body, understanding your strengths, and addressing areas that need attention.

Continue on Your Compass Path:

From here, we’ll continue working together, adjusting your plan as you progress. Stay connected through the app and in-person sessions, always moving toward your fitness goals with confidence and clarity.
